1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your national ID or passport.

• Provide a valid email address that you have access to for account communications.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bazi99 account.

bazi99 may carry out identity verification checks (KYC) at any point. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bazi99 are conducted in BDT. bazi99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bazi99 support.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bazi99 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bazi99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in real-time, or coordinate betting strategies in a way that exploits the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected bug must be reported to bazi99 support immediately and will not be honoured.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

bazi99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, bazi99 will investigate the matter and notify the player of the outcome. If the suspension is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bazi99 platform — including but not limited to the bazi99 logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bazi99 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bazi99 content without prior written permission.

The game titles available on bazi99, including Callbreak, Cannon Fishing, Hip Hop Panda, Legend of Perseus, and Double Exposure Blackjack, are licensed from their respective developers. All intellectual property rights in these games remain with the original developers.

9 Limitation of Liability

bazi99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bazi99 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.
